Good for runners
Good product and price. Tastes good unlike some other brands. Gives the energy needed on long runs, and fairly easy to store. The twist cap is nice as it allows it to be resealed for when you’re running unlike most you can buy. Pretty durable and the actual product works well.

Great product but far to runny to be classed as gel. The first time I took it I squeezed it too hard and it shot out of the opening onto my face and neck. No issue with delivery. I got it on the Subscribe and Save which does save money and you can set your delivery preferences - great idea. No issue with delivery. I will be reordering this product.
