Willow Tree Starlight, Sculpted Hand-Painted Star Tree Figure

This tree topper is wonderful---and not just a tree topper. She will stand alone as a centerpiece. She is sturdy and gorgeous. It is a bit spendy but worth every penny-- perfect for your winter solstice celebrations. The separate sunburst-starburst halo is gold glittered metal and has little holes that fit over the lady's hands--there is a magnet inside the gown that holds the sun in place. You cannot see the magnet. I could not be happier. The glitter does shed a bit but nothing that would keep me from buying it. I have not as yet put up my tree--so she is standing on my end table --I may leave her out all year. She arrived rapidly and in perfect condition. Re using as a tree topper--the lady is not lightweight---the entire dress is hollow to fit over the tree top--but it would require a fairly long sturdy top branch to take the weight. She is about 12 inches tall. Update 01/03 I did put it on top of my little 5 foot faux tree--she fit over the top branch connection joint quite easily--and the connection was sturdy enough to take her weight--no tipping problems at all. I wrapped tiny battery powered lights on copper wire around the sun--battery pack hidden in branches. She looks wonderful.

Beautiful but quite heavy. It needs to be fully secured somehow in order for the tree top not to just bend over.

I love this tree topper. She's absolutely gorgeous! The ring is super glittery, and you gotta be careful putting it together so you don't get glitter everywhere. She's also a bit heavy, so I added a green garden rod to help her out. This year I went for a small 4.5-foot tree, and I was a little worried it would look weird, but it doesn't. I think she'll be perfect on a big tree too.

It's a beautiful piece of art. We have it on top of our Easter tree. I wanted something that would express Joy. Only criticism is the description says piece is 11.5" tall. That is only true if you include the tree topper framework. I wish they would specify that in the description (angel plus the tree topper frame is 11.5).

I loved this angel when I saw the product page and loved it even more when it arrived. Yes, it is pricey but worth it in my opinion. I’ve been looking all over for an angel tree topper and tired of all the common ones I see around online and in stores and also tired of buying cheap star toppers that never lasted because they broke some way or another. Like other reviewers have done, I took their advice and modified the angel by adding fairy lights and wings to it. I crazy glued feathered craft wings that I found on Amazon to the back of the angel and wrapped fairy lights around the star. This angel is very delicate so if you decide to wrap fairy lights on the star, be careful and make sure the battery pack for the lights are secured to the lower part of the angel or a near by tree branch ensuring that the weight of the battery box doesn’t pull on the angel star causing the angel to fall off the tree and break. The star has lots of glitter and it’s glitter so some of it does come off on your hands but not to the point where you have to touch up the star by adding more glitter. Make sure you KEEP THE BOX it’s packaged in so you can put it back in the box for safe storage. I got lots of compliments on my angel topper on Christmas Eve. My mom was in love with it as well. With the fairy lights wrapped around the angel star, there’s a nice image glowing on my ceiling from the stars decorative cuts at night when the topper is lit up and the room lights are off or dimmed down. It’s very pretty, but delicate and I highly recommend.

This piece is beautiful, however, the color isn't true to the image shown here. The hands, face and hair are a couple of shades darker in person. I was disappointed that it's made in China, Hallmark also sold out. The circle sort of clicks into place and won't fall out. It should be kept in the package it arrives in for safety measures while not using.

She is beautiful! Love Willow Tree. She sits perfectly on the top limb. Do wish the crown lit up but that's okay. Soooo pretty. She will be with us for a very long time.

Great piece that arrived on time for our Christmas tree!

This is so gorgeous. My mom ordered it for her tree topper through me. You don’t quite see the gold fleets on the Willow Tree Figurine, but that and the angel’s dancing, really bring this simple figure to life, Easy to place on a tree, stays due to bottomliece, and you just wrap the tree branch around it too hide the bottom. Lovely & simple especially if the rest of your tree is glitzy. Amazon shipped it in like 24 hours. Mom was afraid they’d have non left, it was on her doorstep by 4:00 pm the next day, probably earlier but I was out . Excellent.

Magnifique réalisation willow tree/susan lordi comme d'habitude. Attention qu'elle ne tombe pas du haut du sapin, la mienne a malheureusement chutée et tête et les mains ont cassées, mais j'ai pu les recoller.
