Works flawlessly. This renewed my cooker. But you need a LOT of force to open the cooker's handle but that's a cooker problem.

Just what I needed
Highly recommend Hawkins. I have a different brand pressure cooker and the valve it came with was so flimsy and i had to relapse it twice in two weeks because it had a hole. Very frustrated I decided to get the Hawkins brand not knowing it would fit or not . It was a gamble I was willing to take and fortunately it fit perfect and I am a happy customer.
