I was excited to write this review, because I hardly ever review anything. I have a Pack-It freezer lunchbox that I have been using for years. And it worked perfectly fine when I was at a white collar job with a break room and a microwave.But ever since working construction, all my food has just been cold leftovers. I looked up a solution and this was the very first thing I found. With all the other positive reviews, I thought, “$30? Why not?”It’s actually life changing, and I’m not exaggerating in any way. It’s genius, because there is enough space in this lunchbox to store my entire OTHER lunchbox, so now I’ve got a combo fridge and microwave for my cold food and hot food respectively.The lunchbox works very well. Every time I’ve used it, I’ve given it 40-60 minutes to warm up big tubs of food, and it’s always come out steaming hot. It’s a 10/10 for me, and now I can enjoy a wider variety of food at work, and I have no craving to waste money and eat out.If you have the brainpower to hook this up an hour before your lunch break, this is the product for you. If you want better, healthier lunches on the go, this is for you. I couldn’t more highly praise this invention, and I’ll be using it for years to come. It will pay for itself many times over. Just get one.

Was a bit worried if this product would actually work but as soon as i tried it, i was very impressed with it!Turned on right away and heating top started producing heat right away. Super easy to use and amazing quality. Highly recommend it!!

This is one of the most convenient things I’ve ever bought. I am a flight attendant and nothing is worse than being hungry on that plane for hours and having cold food. This little device heats your food up so fast and gets it so hot. I’m so grateful that I brought this.

This thing is incredibly cool a must have when there isn't a microwave around just plug it in and warm your food up and chow down

I love this food warmer! It acts like a microwave oven. I used it at work with glass containers and at Coachella with plastic and cardboard containers. It heats up pretty quickly but you have to leave it on for at least 30 minutes depending on how big your food is and if you’re warming up a refrigerated food or a room temp food. I bought the one with a 110v cord. I should have bought the one with car cord as well but I thought I wouldn’t need it. It would be great for long drives or camping trip when you don’t have a wall socket to plug it into. Its 10/10 recommended

Just plugged it in to test. The base got really hot just after WP minutes. So I decided to use one of those foil disposable pans to have a layer between the hot plate and anything else. Still too hot! So I crumpled up foil balls this way if I put any food in here for a long time it wouldn’t burn. Placed another glass dish inside over the crumpled up foil then test heated again. Not as hot. If I want to full on cook raw food I’ll take the foil balls out but I think just for warming this will do.Hesitant about leaving it in the car hooked up to a portable battery which is what I’ve been testing on. I thought while skiing it would be nice to have hot food when done but I need to get comfortable with the idea first. Will test it out at work for a while. The bag gets really warm and it’s fabric so just worried.Will update review once I heat up food!

Same with other users, lunch room closed - no fridge/water/microwave. Bought this hoping reviews are close to truth. Main reason for this purchase was so that I don't have to use the same container like other item but I can just throw in whatever lunch I have for that day. Used the bag for 3 times, works great so far. Heats my lunch to warm to hot in about 20-30 minutes. First test run was done with a market bought cold cooked chicken. Took 40 minutes to turn a cold chicken into a hot chicken. So if you pack lunch in the morning and heat them up at lunch, 20-25 minutes is good enough. It did not say anything about overheating but seeing how I could heat the cold chicken to hot in 40 minutes, I wouldn't keep it on for over 1 hour.

Using it at my job because of Covid and works realy well. Did a test prior to using it and the plate stays at a constant 200F when closed. NOTE: Buy a Pyrex dish with plastic lid cause it transfers heat much better. Dont put plastic directly on hot plate cause it will release harmfull chemicals in the food. I also add a bit of water before so my food dont dry up. It takes about 1 to 2 hours to heat the food depending on what and how much you put in. Dont expect anything crispy will come out of there.

Great little oven! I bought it to use instead of having to use my work's common kitchen microwave (wanted to avoid due to covid). **Only thing is you have to remember to put your food in early enough to eat when you plan to :)**. The instructions that come with it gives a few examples of cook times. I find ~2hrs is usually enough for most food items. Works great for frozen dinners (like a lean cuisine), reheating leftovers can be quicker (like an hour) but depends on the type and size of your meal. Generally if I put my food in for at least 2 hours I'm happy. Doesn't overheat!

I want to be healthy to reheat using this mini oven instead of microwave in the office. It have a strong burn plastic smell when u using it. After 3 hrs the food is barely warm definitely NOT in a very warm side. I have tired both plastic container and aluminum container result about the same temperature. I got to work at 9 and lunch during 12:15pm. I am not comfort for the plastic smell in a long run a health hazard.

I bought this product early this year to warm my food. Didn't want to use the one and only microwave provided by the office.Pros - It does the work, hot food for lunch. I love it's compactness.Cons - Was a little bit concern initially because the warmed food emits the smell of plastic. This disappeared after a few uses. I question if this is safe to use for a prolonged period.The quality of the product is very disappointing. The base started to break into pieces only after a few months of use. For the price I paid I'm expecting better.
