Great for apartments and travel!
I ordered this because my current resistance band anchors won't be moving with us, or if they do, I won't be able to have them up in the first week. I need to do physical therapy exercises daily to rebuild and maintain strength so that I can stay out of my wheelchair most of the time, and I've got a good routine for them that uses primarily resistance bands to work all the muscles required.I love that this can be attached to a door in just a minute or so and is removable without damage to the door; that's perfect for situations where you can't install traditional permanent anchor bolts in the studs due to lease conditions. This is also useful for travel; having a strap that folds down to about the size of a thick pair of socks and can strap to a hotel room's bathroom door or a guest room's door makes it quite easy to take everything I need for full workouts along with me, packed in the space of a men's dopp kit.Installation is fairly easy--just toss the long flat end over the open door, pull the other end up behind the door so the loops are all on one side of the door, and adjust the strap so it's tight. Then just slip the resistance band through whichever loop is appropriate for the exercise you want to do and work out.The webbing is sturdy and the stitching is clean and snug without being so tight as to potentially cut fibers with heavy resistance band use. It's unlikely to get a lot of dirt on it, just because of how it's used, but if you feel the need to wash it (maybe because you traveled in an area with a lot of illness, or had to strap it to a bathroom door and don't like the thought of toilet germs on it), it feels like nylon and did just fine run through the washer in a delicates bag. I hung it over the shower rod to dry as it was already nearly dry when the washer stopped spinning; it should do fine on all but the highest heat settings if you need to tumble-dry it occasionally.Overall, this is a great addition to a small home gym setup; I only ordered the door strap because my resistance band set is still relatively new and won't need replacing for another year, so I can't speak to the quality of the bands and anchors in the larger set here.

Save your doorframe and doorknobs with this anchor strap for exercises; 5 attachment points
The description for this was a bit confusing to me so I wasn't sure exactly what I was getting, but the end result is a solid product that is just what I was looking for. This is a strap that goes all around the door (it buckles on the back side), providing 5 loop attachment points + 5 D-ring attachment points. Just line up the side with the loops on the outside of the door, pass the band over the top, and feed the other end of the band up from under the door. Then buckle it with the solid metal buckle. There is no need to remove it between workouts if you don't want to, but the buckle is easy to release if you do. The multiple attachment points allow you to use resistance bands at different levels for different body parts or angles without continually re-adjusting it.Some other observations: - The first time you use the strap it does stretch some so you will have to tighten the band. I don't think it harms anything for the band to pull away from the surface of the door, and since is fabric/nylon it will never stay flush under pressure. - The solid metal buckle is easy to use and holds tight but I'm not yet good at getting it tight the first time. It also looks like it will bang against the door but since that side of the strap doesn't get pulled on it doesn't move much but I'm still going to tie a cloth around it. - The fabric Loops are plenty large to easily slip a wide resistance band through - D rings would work well for the rubber tube style bands - Each seam is stitched at multiple points; I think this will hold up for a while.

Multiple Attachment Points
Great piece of equipment to have if you do your workouts with resistance bands. It was very easy to strap and position on the door. It has 5 different anchor points to target different muscle groups. The buckle is sturdy, stitching solid, and the webbing strong, although it stretches a bit when using multiple heavy bands, but no big deal. It could have used a rubber cover or just a piece of webbing on the backside of the buckle to protect the door. Tip: I always tie one or two safety knots for security just in case the buckle fails (see photo).

Sturdy, Quick Set Up
I ordered the door anchor strap (single item). I can see how it would look misleading, the pack with the resistance bands and additional items is a seperate listing on the same page. The door anchor strap is constructed well and feels very thick/good quality. It came in a small drawstring bag, however, that was it. There were no instructions how to secure the strap, so I dropped a star. There is a tension clip but it also looks like part of the strap should be threaded but I am not sure. I currently have it secured with the tension clip and it feels very sturdy!Overall a good quality item, but it would be a full 5 stars with an insert with directions to secure properly or even a suggested exercise or two.
