I bought this based on reviews and I am not disappointed! I have pain on the right side of my neck due to an accident a few years ago and although my boyfriend is happy to dig his thumbs into my muscles to relieve the tension and knots, I wanted to have something when he is not there. This certainly does the trick. The heat feature is a bonus as it helps get the blood flowing. The balls that rotate really do get into the hard to reach places. You have to get yourself into the right position for whatever bit you need kneading, and this will depend on what problem you have. For me it is the side of my neck and under my right shoulder blade. Some people have commented on this being painful but I haven't experienced that. This is not just a gentle massager, although if you placed it on yourself lightly you would have that. This is great for massaging the muscles at a deeper level, which is what you need if you have pain. Yes it will initially feel uncomfortable, but so does sports massage. After the discomfort comes the feeling of relief...... just saying.

This product exceeded my expectations. It provides a firm massage and is extremely versatile. The kneading motion does a great job of tackling tension knots in my upper back and is helping to relieve related headaches. The heat function is effective too. Note that this product will disappoint you if you're looking for a soothing soft experience - this really is aimed at those that need a firm shiatsu massage at home to complement the real thing. Build quality is robust and I'm amazed at the value for money. The only issue I had was with the power connector that seemed to disconnect a little too easily, however after an unprompted email from the Zyllion team explaining that others had experienced the same issue, I realised that I needed to push the connectors a little more firmly until they clicked. Problem solved! All in all an outstanding product.

Utter massage bliss. Let me start by saying I have chronic back, neck and shoulder issues with my muscles thinking it is entirely acceptable to try and pull my shoulders up alongside my ears and my neck often refusing to rotate more than a couple of degrees. I see a sports masseuse on a regular basis but for when she is not pummelling me, this addition to my life has made a significant difference. I like a hard massage. One that causes pain - then you know it's working! This massager, in my opinion, is pretty darned good at inflicting a similar amount of pressure and pain which results in a satisfactory relaxing of my muscles. The heat function is also beneficial when trying to convince the muscles to LET IT GO and I can honestly say that daily use of this massager has decreased my muscle tension and all round back issues to such a degree that I can't recall having a headache since I started using it. It is a hard massage, not cushiony soft so if you are looking for a soothing, tranquil, relaxing massage might I siggest getting a kitten to knead you back.

Got this for an xmas present. Amazon UK and it stated UK bought products came with a UK plug, however, ot only arrived with a EU plug. Have messaged the seller about this and may edit review if this is resolved. Other than this, it is a good device and used by all.

I a shopping mall I was convinced usefulness of pillow massages and I went to search cheaper options. Ended up with this one and it seems just like the one I was offered with three times the price but same functionality. Build quality could be a tad stronger as when I lean on it stronger I could hear structure making noice. That being said Im not afraid it to break down. For the price this is everything and even more that I would expect. It certainly massages my shoulders and you can attach it/ use i in many different scenarios

If your after an absolutely brilliant deep massage then this is the product for you and if your the type who prefers a lighter massage then distribute your weight properly and put less pressure on it and it will definitely do the job. I purchased this for my husbands birthday and he absolutely loves it! My husband has been suffering a lot lately with muscular pain and this massager has helped his aches and pains tremendously. I also suffer from back ache from time to time and i had a half hour session on this last night and it was amazing. It really feels as though someone is giving you a deep tissue massage and the heat mechanism really helps with soothing the muscles and relaxing you. The size is perfect for many areas of your body, my husband has been using it in his upper thigh, lower leg as well as his back and neck. The noise can be quite loud if your using it on your own neck because its so close to your own ears but there is zero interruption when someone else is using it or if your using it on lower parts of your body. If your looking to purchase anything along the lines of a massager then this product is a must have, i highly recommend it.
