I take quercetin for immune support and heart health. It is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. This one comes in the form of veggie capsules that are pretty easy to swallow. The dosage is only 1 capsule per day. It is supposed to be more bioavailable to the body. I have just started taking this instead of my usual quercetin. Only time will tell how good it is. This comes in a plastic bottle inside a shrink-wrapped retail box packaging. It is a 60-day supply. In addition to quercetin, it also contains vitamin C and black pepper extract. Made in Japan by a well-known Singapore company. Overall, this seems like a good quercetin supplement. At about $0.50 per serving, it is a pretty decent value for the money. So far so good.

Oh my wife thinks I am a Quercetin junkie, but look -- so much research has come out about this supplement it's hard not to love it. But with ANY vitamin or supplement the question is always about delivery or absorption, the ability for the body to benefit fully from the dose. And because of digestion, time and mixing with different foods we don't always get that benefit. LABO Nutrition's SunActive IsoQ type Quercetin claims 25x's more bio-availability and up to 4X's more absorption, and I agree. I have taken this particular brand during the pollen season here in North Carolina and it has helped immeasurably, including no itching eyes, and inflammation. In fact overall joint inflammation is noticeably down and I credit this product with that benefit. It's a little pricey at $29.99 (as of this review) but what is relief worth?
