Exactly what I needed. It’s an upgrade from original and works great. Can’t beat the price!

In theory it should be a simple installation. Turn the water off, remove a handle and faceplate, unscrew the valve and replace. Except in our lovely house where if there is a water shutoff, it's location may never be found. So after turning on every water valve in the house, locking the toilets to run, all outside hoses on full, I tried to take this on. With water still spraying out the valve housing I could press the new valve in but the o-rings kept unseating every time. After a few attempts I got the idea to take some teflon tape and wrap the two o-rings onto the valve to keep them in place while pushing the new valve in. This worked perfectly, I was able to tighten it up, and no more leaks.

This cartridge was a perfect fit for my Delta P-type faucet, you may have to adjust the water temperature regulator after it’s installed.

Good item and works like is intended

Even with the "rotational Limit Stop" fully adjusted, it would not allow for full hot water (only lukewarm). Also caused pipes to rattle after installation when water is turned from "on" to "off". As others have stated, it was also hard to fit into the mixing valve housing. When replaced with a factory Delta cartridge, everything worked perfect.
