Rain or shine it's an asset!
Purchased the 3m x 3m Navy Blue All Seasons Gazebos with Zip-up Sides.I wanted a gazebo small enough for a pitch at outdoor events – (I’m a singer) and yet a good enough size to accommodate my sound man and equipment of a tower speaker and base and enough space for me to sit in between sets. I deliberated thinking 3m x 3m would be too big, but in the end has proven to be a perfect size. It has been used for hot days without the sides and just recently for the most awful wet and windy day with the sides (phew glad I got the sides!). It was actually quite cosy sitting there shielded from the wind and rain. Yes, as another reviewer mentioned it is an idea for peg loops on the base of the front sides to stop them blowing back. I purchased my own thick groundsheet. With a little practice (and I’m only 5’1) this can be put up and taken down (no need to remove the roof) with two people, although each time we’ve had people running over to grab a leg – this must be the thing to help others out when putting up and taking down, or maybe we just look a bit helpless! The frame is fairly light to lift, to position it. We used bottles of water to weigh it down, tent pegs on the legs, plus the guy ropes which were easy to do. It’s a bit of a squeeze to get it back in the carry bag but it does go. When it got wet, after getting home, left it outside to quickly dry off. I did some research before buying and this brand had good reviews, I’ve not been disappointed, and it’s turned out to be a great asset to have in the car with my equipment when doing an outdoor event. Well worth the price!

Good value for money
Excellent product. When you consider the weights, pegs & guys + free delivery it works out cheaper than the basic version & thus it all comes as one delivery. Neat storage bags (frame is on wheels). One of the pop-out pegs inside one of the legs went out of line, but was easily remedied by realigning with a garden cane from the inside. Withstood some strong winds. I able to assemble it on my own, although two does make it easier. Knack is to lay the roof over the frame while only half expanded and then peg pone corner while you work around the frame expanding it in stages until with a straight lift you can raise it onto one of the legs. Adjustable legs for even the tallest. Complete with 4 sides, two with windows & one with a door. All zip & Velcro fastenings. I collect used 2l milk cartons to slip inside the weight bags which are easy filled with water when needed. Very pleased - enabled the family to visit during Covid restrictions. Apart from the misaligned peg, the only downside was the instructions came via You-tube.

So far its amazing
So packaged was delivered earlier than expected and as the sun was out and the weather hot we thought we'd test it out. this is our third gazebo (the first two were from different stores) the first broke when the very slight wind destroyed it. The second we sent back as we could not get the sides to line up this one so far is perfect. Easyish to put up with two people didn't even need to read the instructions. Sides a little difficult to line up but with some careful negotiation we managed it. Frame seems strong but time will tell. Fabric feels strong too. Velcro seems a little weak in places but nothing too bad. Overall we were quite happy when wed finished erecting it. However that all changed when the beautiful English weather did what it does best and threw a temper tantrum out of nowhere. I knew we were due showers but no one mentioned anything about thunderstorms with torrential HAIL. but much to our delight the gazebo held its own!!! No torn covers no ripped sides in fact it was nice a warm to the point the inside had condensation on the windows. It DID leak a little like a light dusting of water here and there but considered it hammered down for a good half hour 40 minutes im calling it a win :) will update review in a month if it lasts :) x

Quality made, does what it says.
This is our fourth gazebo, we bought the beige with 4 side panels and it is certainly the best quality, particularly the strength of the frame. The weight bags are good we've used bricks not sand for ballast.Three height settings to accommodate the taller person is useful feature. But you definitely do need two people to erect it.The velcro fastening on the sides are effective. How long they last if you constantly fit and remove the side panels time will tell.I know it is waterproof and so far that is very true, but I miss not having a vent in the roof to allow air to circulate. It can get quite stuffy in the warmer days if like us you use all side panels but with the door rolled up.Apart from absence of a roof vent I cannot fault it, not cheap but it proves that you get what you pay for and in my opinion this is quality.

Excellent Product and even better customer service!
The gazebo arrived and it could not have been easier to fasten the top cover on the frame. You just open the frame 1/3 at the most, pull the cover over the top and fasten velcro strips. You then pull the frame to it's full size (requires 2 people), click the top of the legs into place and extend the legs to the required height. Very simple. The cover is rubbery and thick and waterproof! What impressed me even more is the customer service at All Seasons Gazebo. I had a slight mishap with my lawnmower and drove into one of the legs. It gave way, not surprisingly, as it was hit with quite a force. I contacted the company directly, they verified the order and a replacement leg arrived in less than 24 hours! There can be no better customer service! It also should be borne in mind that, if the gazebo is damaged in any way and not covered on warranty, it is very easy to buy replacement parts from the company and simply replace the damaged parts. If you buy a gazebo from this company it comes with peace of mind that it can last for many years. If you need the side covers it is well worth it to invest in the premium sides!

Poor quality and even worse customer service!
I was really excited to order this having heard good things but it’s been nothing but disappointment. It was so stiff to put up and once it was up we discovered that one of the reinforcement patches was sewn way too high and therefore offered no protection from the metal pushing underneath. The zip up walls that then velcro into the top are a nightmare to get in as the canopy is so tight, and one of the walls was 2 inches longer than the others too!We initially wanted a replacement canopy for it so went through Amazon who direct you to All Season Gazebos themselves, specifically stating that replacement parts are a potential option. Upon contacting All Season Gazebos they say they do not deal with their own Amazon shop orders as they “can’t see Amazon orders” and therefore Amazon should be contacted. After going round in circles with ASG they have refused to have anything to do with this order despite it being their own product that is faulty! Said because it was from their Amazon store it didn’t matter that it was faulty they wouldn’t do anything at all!I was given a number from ASG for Amazon’s customer service which is essentially a chat bot that only gives you the option of a full refund. If you say no and that you want replacement parts they cut you off. Once speaking to an actual agent again the only option was a refund or a replacement that would have taken too long to come for when I actually needed the gazebo for.On a different note, ordered a Gorilla gazebo instead. £20 cheaper, delivered the next day and a total breeze to put up. So smooth and potentially easy enough to put up single handedly!

Amazing, although it is easier to put up with ...
Amazing, although it is easier to put up with 4 people - one on each corner. It is very sturdy and to my utter relief, withstood the recent very high winds. Yes, I know it says take it down at night and during high winds! One minor problem though. When you've got the top on the frame and pushed it up, it is impossible to then get the top of the walls at the corners completely underneath the top bit. It doesn't affect the way it functions, just looks untidy. I wondered if attaching the walls before pushing it up would solve the problem, but that would be a LOT of faffing about and probably wouldn't work anyway. Anyway, it is completely waterproof, does what it says and we think looks good too - bonus. What more could you want?

These aren't the gazebos you're looking for... Probably
So overall not my best purchase from Amazon. I went off the relatively high scoring reviews and the sturdy claims but the reality is that it's no better than some of the better pop ups for a half the price. Here's the good...It was easy to put up with exception of the side panels and the zips (see later). It looks better than most Gazebos (apart from the side panels - see later). The roof material is of good quality.Customer service was good after my discovery that it had been broken during delivery (see later)Accessories are useful. Here's the not good...It was broken on delivery. The cap on the centre pole was smashed. A new one was sent to me without any fuss and the customer service was very good. However, it was likely smashed because of the poor packing. The cardboard box was exactly the right size for the contents. Except that meant no protective packaging could be applied nor was applied. This was a real inconvenience but not the end of the world. The side panels are not made of the same good quality material as the roof. They are pretty cheap looking and feel it.The zips on the side panels were a nightmare in a couple of cases. Very cheap and nasty with manufacturing deformities. It look an hour to fit them and we couldn't zip them all together in the end. This was partly because the zips were poor but also because the side panels were, in my opinion, about an inch or two too small in terms of width. This meant continuous adjusting of the frame, downsizing slightly. The frame click pins and check holes are poorly made. We couldn't get the pins to click without getting my tools out to force the alignment in a couple of cases. It doesn't appear any more sturdy than some of the alternatives. My father in law has one that is almost identical in terms of materials and structural component geometry. It cost him 80 quid.In my professional opinion, as an engineer, I don't think this would survive any kind of slightly above average North West England wind outside of very late spring to late summer and I'd still keep a close eye on it.Overall I was going to give this 2 stars but to be honest it's not that bad and my customer service experience was good. Once we'd faffed about with it, which was slightly quicker than a 'match the pole' gazebo, it looks reasonable and does the job although the side panels will be removed for garden parties as they are tacky. The issue overall is one of quality and paying 200 quid for what feels like about 100 quid of gazebo. If I could turn back time I'd have bought a lower cost alternative. I'm sure that customer services would have taken it back as they seemed pretty helpful but it's up now and my time is money I'm afraid.

Waterproof Gazebo
Love this gazebo, it's very sturdy. My husband used concrete screws to secure it on our concrete yard and it holds up great. We're using it for our summer BBQs and it's working out a treat.
