Effective with dirty turbochargers

Try this before replacing your turbo!!!
We were certain our 2018 Ram turbo was going out, it was at 374,000 miles and it started sticking horribly. We were getting low to no PSI. We first tried running fuel treatment through that is supposed to clean the turbo but it didn't do anything. This was our last shot before giving up and dumping thousands of dollars into a new turbo. We ran this through and the turbo has completely stopped sticking and we have full PSI again. SO much gunk came out of the turbo, it's obvious that it just needed a good cleaning to prevent the sticking. We've driven the truck 1,000 miles so far and not one single issue with the turbo. Obviously with its mileage we will definitely need to replace it sometime in the near future but this is giving us more time to set aside the money instead of breaking the bank when we can't afford it. I'm honestly amazed.

No instructions on how to use this product can be found, only for similar products
This product is Wynn #W28679 and cannot be found on the American website for Wynn. There are no instructions available on -line on on the Wynn website for this product, only for a similar foaming product. The instructions on the can of product are in multiple languages but the little bit of english I found only listed a few precautions and warnings, nothing about how to use.
