Wonderful efficient way to clean shrimp.
This is a great way to peel shrimp. The design lats you remove the shell without damaging the shrimp the way you do using the old red plastic deveiner. The I would never use anything else.

Watch out if you're working in a big fancy restaurants...
I was shocking oysters one time with an oyster schucker and I missed my mark on the oyster and it slipped and went straight into my left thumb. Blood everywhere. It was terrible but I finished out my shift. Worked two more shifts before they let me go home and get drunk one night while my hand turned black from all the rotten blood under my skin. These knives are the best.
