Unlike other LED extra brake/tail lights that claim to be waterproof, this one looks as if it actually is. The circuit board has been encapsulated in resin inside the lens/body of the lamp. Basically the circuit board with the LEDs on is put in the body of the lamp, and then resin is poured in, sealing the who lot up. Unlike other LED extra bake/tail lights, this one uses wires that are not hair thin. The issue is not the ability to handle the small current, but the ability to work with the wiring. Wires that are less than 1mm square, including the insulation, are almost impossible to wire in. They are just too thin and fragile. This one uses nice thick wires, almost akin to mains 13amp wire in size. Easy to work with/on. Again, unlike many cheap others, this one comes with bullet-connectors already crimped onto the wires. It also comes with extra crimp on bullet connectors to attach to the vehicle wiring. A nice touch! (but you will need the correct type of crimping tool, not an issue for me.) Also Included are 2 bolts, 2 nuts, and 2 screws. So you can screw it on, or nut/bolt it on. Also nice. Plus they are stainless steel. After a few hours bending and drilling a stainless steel mounting bracket to attach it to my motorcycle it does not look like a cheap Chinese accessory bought off Amazon, but like something that was always there. All that is left is to wire it up.

Bought this tail/brake light to use as a high level light on my top box. It’s shorter than I wanted, but it feel good quality. The unit is seal against the weather, comes with connectors, bolts and nuts, and screws too. I’d prefer the wires to be slightly longer by about 6” as I had to run a small extension lead to suit my needs. Would I buy again, yes, although I feel it’s price is more than it needs to be.

The wires were the wrong colour so it made wiring it more confusing than it needed to be. Overall it was a good break light not the brightest I will say.

I fitted this brake and stop light below the number plate as an extra. It works well and has enhanced my braking visibility.

Proprio quello che cercavo. Una pratica luce posteriore con stop integrato, compatta e soprattutto a led. Di dimensioni ridotte, ma la luce sia di posizione che quella di stop si vedono molto bene. Unica cosa il colore dei cavi non è dei soliti, il nero per la posizione, il rosso per lo stop e il bianco della massa...poco male comunque, basta segnarseli quando si effettua il collegamento. Il materiale costruttivo secondo me è discreto.
