OEM quality but not OEM prices.
Febi Bilstien are my go to brand when getting my Mercedes serviced as they are OEM specification. Never have an issue and quality has always been ( up to now) top notch. This gearbox sump seal and filter popped straight in, and on, when my pet tech did a gearbox service on my car and there have been no issues at all. Price is ( inevitably) usually a bit higher than for other brands, but for me the couple of quid extra is a no brainer as I have changed mine and the wife’s cars several times over the last few years and have had no issues at all with this brand’s quality.
