wouldn't even turn on
product arrived in a quick manner but when received it wouldn't turn on. upon initial inspection i found the on off switch flopped around and didn't stay in either the on or off position. i figured it was a simple connection inside the switch that could be repaired so i removed the 4 small screws holding the bottom on and when i pulled the top off the switch completely fell out. the connection was still there to possibly turn the unit on, it's a simple open/close connection and upon closing the connection to power the unit it still wouldn't turn on. i'm not even gonna bother wasting my time to return the unit.

It makes a rattle noise, something is loose. It will not stay on unless we tape it down. We just opened it
