It’s thicker than other brands and really helps give a little relief

I wish I had found these before, you can put them in to the fridge/freezer to get the right temperature that suits you. The quality is very well made, also good value money. Not heavy, easy to clean and you choose the temperature. I will definitely buy another one so I can keep a spare in the fridge.

I love this migraine cap as the material is soft and I pop it I the freezer so it’s nice and cold however it does end up heating up really quick when I have it on my head I’m talking within a maximum of 10 minutes it has to go back in the freezer and for that reason I have bought multiple as I really do love it just wish it stayed cooler for longer

I don't put it in the fridge/freezer and it's still cool enough to be relaxing at night. Highly recommend
