Took them both to work on a busy hospital ward and staff tried them out on each other during rest breaks. Used the spikey ball first, followed by the roller ball. Total relaxation after using them and easy to use.

Beware orange spike ball is leaking oil
Found both items do work well, however found the orange spike ball must have something like engine oil inside it. It has been leaking for four days!

Warning
If you have any fat whatsoever on your body do not use the roller massager in that area. It will pinch your skin. Not sure if I'm returning this or not. The only reason I didn't give it a one star is because the spiky ball works great. I'm scared to use the other one now. : /
