Horrible!!
Bought this lock to put on our rental home and nothing but problems!! Setting up the lock is confusing and way harder then it needs to be. Only works half the time, screen doesn't always light up so you can't put in the code. The voice instructions will just randomly start talking even if you are no where near it (both in english and chinese!!) Can only use the key to unlock the door....would have just bought a deadbolt if I knew this would be the quality. Stay away from this lock!!!!! Not worth the money!!
