These are advertised as premium quality, spa like towels but they seem like the kind of towels you would buy from any discount store. They were more flat than fluffy. The picture makes them look a lot better than they do in person. I purchased these when I had guests coming to visit so when the towels arrived I didn't have time to get anything else.

Towels are quite thin. Used in a spare bathroom but wouldn’t be thick and fluffy enough for myself for everyday use

Received the towels and was extremely disappointed. The write up on the towels sounded very good. The box that the towels were sent in would have held at least 10 sets of towels, ridiculous. The color was not as appeared on the site and the towels are so thin you would need to use 2 after a shower. The price should have clued me in to the poor quality. I paid $114.21 for 3 sets. I decided to send the towels back, I printed the return label and boxed them back up and took them to the post office. The cost was going to be $54.00 to return them, absolutely not acceptable. So now I have 3 sets of the worst quality towels and can’t afford to spend half what they are worth to send them back. We have always been happy with Amazon, but this has left a bad taste in our mouths.
