This Mason Cash mixing bowl is ideal for making cakes (26cm). It is not a bread making or Christmas baking mixing bowl (29cm – 32cm). The website for Mason Cash provides specific information on bowl sizes. Mason Cash mixing bowls are well made and have that “feel good” factor when home baking. The Mason Cash mixing bowls are robust, easy to use when cake making and straightforward to put in the dishwasher. This particular bowl does all of that and the woodland scene of the owls on the outside of the bowls are just endearing. Makes me smile when cake making! I did order and actually use this for mixing a Christmas cake, when my 24 cm Mason Cash was obviously going to be too small. It was a squeeze, but you can do it, which is good news if you have limited cupboard space. The owl design is attractive without being loud, and the bowl is nice and light, which is one of my main likes about Mason Cash bowls. I would advise not using an electric whisk in any ceramic bowls unless you don't have the strength to mix by hand. A wooden spoon is much more bowl-friendly.

This is a replacement for a classic Mason Cash mixing bowl that has served us well down the years. It suffered some damage a while ago and we finally decided to buy a new one. We are not disappointed.

This is a lovely bowl. The first one I ordered sadly arrived in pieces luckily the second one arrived without damage. It is very pretty.

Now I can mix shortbread in comfort, and it has owls on it. The owls are not what they seem!

I got this bowl for my newly acquired 🍰 baking skills. The bowl is a perfect size, the glaze is super shiny and the forest detail is beautiful. It's easy to clean and the material feels sturdy. So far happy with my purchase, now just needs a test of time.

The actual bowl looked really great quality and would have been fantastic. Unfortunately Amazon only put a thin layer of bubble wrap around it with very limited packing in a big box so it arrived in lots and lots of pieces. Customer services were good though and got a refund straight away.

Bought it as a second hand item- much cheaper, but turned up in original packaging with all labels- looked like it was never opened. Well packed, very nice pattern. I use it as a water bowl for my dogs- might get some more for myself as it is really nice looking bowl and very sturdy.

This is aesthetically appealing, and most durable. I mix so much in it. The mixture glides smoothly out!
