The product may be fine, but the contents of the capsule went from being a powder to rock hard in under 3 months after having opened the tub. I am sure the supplier would change this if I could contact them, but this seems to be disallowed by Amazon as the product is outside the return window

I found this product reduced joint pain significantly. I was pleasantly surprised to find genuine science backs the benefit of Cissus for reducing bone pain. (In contrast with exaggerated claims by many other health supplements, often based on very small studies.)Published in April 2017, a study evaluated the efficacy and safety of Cissus in all conditions. Publications from 12 electronic databases were searched and a total of nine studies with 1108 patients were included. Meta-analysis found that Cissus had significant effects on bone pain but not hemorrhoid symptoms. Importantly, no serious adverse effects were reported.In conclusion, Cissus helps with bone pain; this fits with my personal experience too. Out of the various Cissus products on Amazon, I like VEGAVERO® because it's made in Germany and GMP certified.

IV been using cissus since my knee surgery , it helps combat several gym injuries IV acquired over my many years of training , my usual brand wasn't available so I tried this , early to tell if it's as good but for the price it's great value if it is
