Roku Wireless Bass, Slim Subwoofer Streambar, Streambar Pro Wireless Speakers

I wanted to create the 5.1 surround sound home theatre experience. This process is a bit confusing with the Roku brand audio products. I have a 75” TCL brand Roku operating system equipped smart LCD TV. With any smart TV with the Roku operating system or an actual Roku Brand TV, the process is the same. These TV models can only support 2 WIRELESS bluetooth audio devices at once. (But the SoundBar Pro, which is not wireless, can support more, read to the end…). The Roku brand WIRELESS sound bar is 1 device, a pair of Roku wireless speakers is treated like 1 device (a second set, 4 total speakers, is also an additional 1 device) and any Roku wireless subwoofer is also 1 device. You can connect 1 WIRELESS sound bar (front channels) and 1 subwoofer, no rear channels. Or You can connect 1 pair of wireless speakers (rear channels) and 1 WIRELESS sound bar (front channels), no subwoofer. Or You can connect 1 pair of speakers (front channels) and 1 subwoofer. But I want 5.1 surround… If you want 5.1 surround like me, you’ll need to get the Roku Sound Bar Pro (not wireless), 2 sets (4 total speakers) of Roku wireless speakers, and one of the Roku wireless subwoofers (they have two; a standard 10” and a slim subwoofer thats a 5.25”). I have the slim version so it fits into my entertainment console and my room is appx 25’x40’ and its only on setting #3 and it rattles the room! With that configuration, all 6 speakers can be connected (Roku sound bar pro is the center channel, the 4 wireless speakers are your front left, front right, rear left, rear right, and the Roku wireless subwoofer is last. The Roku Sound Bar Pro is connected to the TV via HDMI-ARC, and acts like an A/V Receiver that all the other speakers connect directly to via BlueTooth; NOT directly to the TV itself. The sound quality is EXCELLENT and the setup process is SUPER simple, once you have the correct devices you want, based on the setup your trying to create, its a theatre sound level experience! Awesome sound quality, nice speakers, easy connections, very few wires, NO sound lag = AWESOME! All speakers have an individual power wire, so consider that when buying (my 5.1 surround setup (6 speakers) needs 6 wall outlets in different places). The Roku Sound Bar Pro is connected to the TV via 1 HDMI-ARC All speakers come with their power wires. The Roku Sound Bar Pro also comes with an HDMI cable, a optical audio cable, and a new Roku voice remote and with remote sound via ear buds, included. I love Roku brand remotes; super simple to use, they have 2 main styles ( infrared and RF frequency) and as long as you match up the right one to your TV, they are very interchangeable and easy to pair. It really feels like Roku was trying hard to make great sound, for several customer space configurations, and a very easy setup with very few wires. They SUCCEEDED. Both the Roku WIRELESS sound bar and Roku sound bar pro sounded really great for just a sound bar only. Adding the other speaker elements I did, just raised the bar a notch higher with each speaker. Granted, Roku is a bit pricy when compared to other brands, but with the simplicity and ease of setup, plus their support…. Its a great value.

This is a simple subwoofer to pair with the Roku streambar. It works perfectly! We have a medium living room and it fills the room nicely, rounding out the sound of the bar on the TV stand. Pairing it was a breeze - literally the easiest setup I've ever performed. It's small enough to fit behind our couch, across the room from the sound bar.

Worked well and filled out the space I needed it to. Though I must say, if you want overwhelming or booming bass, this is not for you. The sound to me is perfectly tuned because I was able to place the box in a slot in my entertainment center. Pairing it was extremely easy with the remote. Overall, I think it was a good buy on sale for >$100 but when I came back to buy another I see the price is much higher and I wouldn’t pay more than $100 for this. The sound fills my room nicely but do not expect to be wowed, it just filled out the room very well. I wish there was some way to adjust the level and turn it up or down but i guess you can’t. As others have noted, when I initially set it up, I sat right next to it wondering if it was even on….once I just sat back and let it do its thing, I was happy with it.

Boom, Boom, Boom, This Subwoofer is Knockin! Great Speaker An Amazing Sound!

You can barely hear it. I’ve had to put my ear next to it on two separate occasions to make sure it was on. Despite finding instructions online on how to make audio adjustments, there’s no way to do it. Very disappointed.

I purchased this subwoofer based on my previous installation experience with Roku Soundbar Pro and reviews from other Amazon shoppers. Since I have a CTL TV, the soundbar was installed painfree and I added the Roku slim subwoofer to enhance listening experience. These speakers were purchased for my bedroom which is small thus, they need not blast out loud noise and thump. However, I wanted good base sound for my wife who is into listening and viewing Korean Trot singers! Roku slim subwoofer and its soundbar set is a great addition to our bedroom. Their enhanced sound level is perfect for us and were installed painlessly when followed the Roku instruction with newly provided Roku remote. All sound level and equalizing are adjustable to personal taste at moderate level. Once installed, soundbar and woofer are controlled by Roku and the TV's speakers are disabled automatically. This compact set is very impressive and my wife loves her concert-like experience when she watches Trot singers on Youtube! This set work with any Roku based TVs flawlessly and are built for them. Their compact size and performance are the selling point for us. I highly recommend this Roku's slim subwoofer.

Nice addition to my Roku sound bar. Really pumps out the bass.

I have four of the wireless Roku speakers and a Roku box. They were easy to install and I've been very satisfied with the sound. I've always been tempted to purchase this sub and I have no regrets that I made the purchase. It really enhances the movie experience. This was super easy to install too!

compré una roku stream bar pro y aunque tiene un buen sonido, el subwoofer inalámbrico vino a complementar el sistema de sonido, se conecta rápidamente a tu dispositivo, una vez conectado puedes manipular el nivel de los bajos y combinado con la configuración del tipo de sonido: cine, voz, deportes, etc, la experiencia se vuelve completa.

No es el bajo más poderoso que podrías esperar, pero tiene una muy buena calidad y está equilibrado respecto a los sonidos agudos y medios, mejora bastante la experiencia de un TV convencional y también tiene una buena experiencia surround virtual.

Ya llevo varios meses de uso y va muy bien, el bajo es sutil pero se aprecia bien depende mucho del audio de la película o canción, lo recomiendo.
