Beautiful and great knife. Very sharp. I only use it for cutting/carving meat. Feels good in my hand. I hand-wash it immediately after use and put it back in the box.

I use this knife all the time. It does a great job slicing vegetables like soft tomatoes. The thin blade stays sharp for a long time. I do hit it on a steel occasionally to refine the edge. But I haven't had to put it to a stone yet.

Shocking quality at that price, nice and sharp, good edge, real wooden handle. I am going to buy the cleaver after getting the nakiri knife.
