Some cups arrived broken
Ordered cups for upcoming event. They feel sturdy however about 5% of the cups came cracked or broken. After unpacking, most of the cups were stuck to each other. Took some wiggling to separate the cups

Received used item
I ordered 2 boxes. One was brand new as described and exactly what I needed. The other box you can tell had been returned it was taped up and one bag was open and the cups were scratched and gold was coming off.

Came damaged….
Nice cups tiny bit flimsy and came damaged. Amazon will be issuing a replacement. Hoping those will not come damaged or I will be returning and not buying this brand in the future.
