My bracelet didn’t come with a turtle name or card? What do I do?

The card is hidden inside of the cardboard backing that the bracelet is on. Open it up and a little card is inside and it has the info right there on it.

How do you contact customer service? mine shipped in december. it's march now and it still showing that it's "running late."

Are the stones on the bracelet, real?

I believe so. Definitely not plastic. They are made well and a fantastic gift for kids and animal enthusiasts.

Will this fit a child's wrist, do they come in smaller sizes?
