My favorite liner goes on well is water resistant, lasts all day in place, don't smudge, and black color who can go wrong.

General: I always thought brown eyeliners looked really nice and brightened up the face quite a bit. For me personally, this liner was a bit too dark for what I was going for, but I did really like the application and overall appearance of the liner so I’ll be keeping it. Application: The fineliner itself was really easy to hold, no funky shape, just felt like holding a pen or pencil. It applied very smoothly and I was able to see exactly where I was putting the product. Doing my inner corners was also very simple and straightforward. Other notes: It dries matte maybe a slight sheen to it. It’s not sticky or easily transferable once it’s dry at least from what I can tell. I can’t speak on if it’s waterproof or not or sweat proof because I personally don’t wear makeup for very long periods of time. I primarily use makeup for cosplay. Anyway, I’d say that it’s a good value for your money. I mean we can always wish products were cheaper but at the same time, a cheap product that doesn’t work is more of a waste of money than buying a slightly more expensive product that actually DOES work well. I’m an eyeliner snob and have used drugstore and branded products and this is one of the best and showing intensity with no streaking! I keep coming back because the quality is just that good! The application is effortless and I’m able to have great control over the pen.

Not waterproof but lasts all day without smudging too much. It applies smoothly although it dries out quite early. I use one, and when it doesn’t apply super smoothly, I order another one and use both until the old one really dries out and can’t use it anymore.

True to color, easy to apply and lasts alll day

I’ve tried so many different price ranges and brands of eyeliner and this is by far my favorite one. It goes on with so much control and thin lines which is easier to work with. And it lasts all day without rubbing off or transferring!!!

I love the smooth, richly pigmented formulas and budget-friendly price point.

Supposedly waterproof but it is not. It applies well and neatly but smears during the day.

I bought Maybelline first as that is my usual brand. Upon my first use, I couldn't tell if it was the old one or the new one as it wasn't dark at all. Next I tried elf liquid eyeliner. That stuff sticks to you like glue. No transfer to upper lids, but it also doesn't come off without a sander. Soap, water, exfoliating face wipes ... nothing worked. I had to flake it off with my nail. So I tried again with the Cover Girl and guess what? It's the perfect medium! Very little rub off onto my upper eyelid, but still comes off with my normal routine. It's perfect.

This CoverGirl Exhibitionist eyeliner works very well and I find it easy to apply. It doesn't irritate my eyes and looks great. It is a very good product and I am happy with it.
