Works great; Writing this review to contact the seller, I need the part where the head attaches to the rest of the pole; I have lost that one piece, rendering the whole thing useless. How do I get in touch with the seller to buy just that one part? Thank you.

We have two story windows in our great room and the extended pole configuration is just what I needed. Easy to handle and control at full length as well. I am still not completely sold on having the soaker and squeegee on the same head as I am sometimes getting splash from the soaker on the window when squeegeeing. It will take some getting used to to not have this happen. Otherwise good product so far, happy with the quality of build, ease of assembly and soaker/squeegee removal.

This window cleaning tool works great and makes cleaning much easier, especially for high or hard-to-reach windows. The extension pole is sturdy and easy to adjust, and the rotatable head allows me to clean at different angles without any problem. The squeegee leaves the glass clean and streak-free, and the bendable head is perfect for both indoor and outdoor windows, even car glass. For the price, this kit offers excellent quality and functionality. I’m very satisfied with this purchase
