Very good strawberry flavor! I use this in smoothies and will try next in ice cream. It's very good. It has not clumped yet, but if it does, I can just put it in my blender and it will smooth out again. I've done this with other powdered food products.

Nature Restore USDA Certified Organic Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder, 10 Ounces, Non GMO, Gluten Free, Vegan I ordered Nature Restore Organic Strawberry Powder to flavor cookies for my granddaughter’s “berry first birthday.” I used the powder to flavor my shortbread cookie dough, royal icing and meringue cookie batter. The flavor was fabulous and it also added some color to my red dough, so I did not need to use as much food coloring. I found that it changed the textured of my royal icing, but in a positive way. The icing was actually a bit more elastic and although it dried well, it had a softer bite. I have since used it to flavor my whipped cream for a Swiss roll cake, a batch of Kohakutou jelly candy and to make strawberry malt drinks. It is truly wonderful. I do strain the powder before using it, which is a matter of personal preference. I don’t like the tiny strawberry seeds. That also helps it melt completely. I will definitely buy this again and hope the company expands their fruit flavors.

I have now placed my third order to make sure I have a supply.My first order was to mix into my cold drinks but I ended up finding Red Roselle Hibiscus Flower Tea by Palm Beach Herbals.(Amason sells) and make a hot tea and strawberry drink with some sugar. My first cup wasn't the best but when finding the right mix and after 3 cups, it's now y daily drink. I keep a thermos next to me with a cup and a half of the mix.I'm a high blood pressure person and after just a week of drinking this tea, my b/p has stabilized. Tasting the powder gives a mild strawberry flavor, so I used 18 grams to flavor meringue kisses. That was an error. The kisses were way too strongly flavored. Next batch I will use only 12 grams to moderate the flavor. On the other hand, 10 grams stirred into a big dollop of plain Greek yogurt has a mild flavor. The lesson is that a fingertip’s taste does not predict the overall impact. The powder came in big, hard chunks. I tried whacking the lumps using a spoon and then tried a sifter, but neither broke the clumps up. What worked is a motorized coffee grinder which I use for hard spices. It ground the lumps to a fine powder, which I mixed thoroughly with sugar before adding it to the meringue. That worked ok. The meringues formed good stiff peaks and baked normally. Once I achieve the flavor profile I am aiming for, these will be successful.

I was hesitant because of bad reviews. It tastes like strawberry and the chunk pieces are expected because strawberry is sticky due to its natural sugar. A good shake will break it up but it doesn't bother me since I'm mixing it in things anyways. Great for smoothies, oatmeals and bake goods! Expiration is long, 2 years on mine

And in my opinion, the one time I received one with clumps it was worth taking the time to break them up because the flavor and the quality of this product is awesome❣️ I believe it is such a Superior product. I had to write the review. This container is beautiful❣️ absolutely no lumps or bumps. I will show a picture to prove it.

It is a great way to add natural strawberry to any shake, drink, or dessert.

This product tastes delicious but I will say this there is no way that this is 100% strawberries this product is adulterated with sugar how do I know that I can taste it and it's dangerous to sell something if diabetics buy it thinking they're getting something with just fruit this product has an overwhelming taste over the strawberries it taste like sugar it has a good taste I'm not saying it isn't but there's just no way somebody else commented that it would take a lot of strawberries to make that much powder well that's because this powder I believe is adulterated in fact I'm almost positive The taste is too sweet natural strawberries when they're dehydrated have a sort of a tart taste the only reason I know that because I do it I dehydrate them

This is my first purchase of this item. I bought it to make strawberry soymilk and other drinks. It tastes great, and works very well! When I was shopping, I noticed a few other brands of Strawberry powder available. One of them did not give the country of origin, and some further research revealed it was China. Although this brand was more expensive than that other one, it is well worth it to know you are getting a high-quality organic item, grown in a country that enforces standards. Will order again.
