Perfect set of bands for an aging, need to build muscles again, male, boomer. Perfect range of straps from light resistance to almost too strong. My wife lent me her wide, flat ribbon style bands and they were worthless for any resistance that was worthwhile. These are a great set that seems like they'll hold up forever (even the lightest one). Great way to get started growing muscles again if you don't have room for a full weight bench and tons of cast iron sitting around the house (who does?). Even getting sparkling comments from the wife after a couple months on the new man in the house :-)

Sometimes the gym is just not an option. Whether they are closed, to many people, or whatever other reason prevents you from going.With these exercise bands you have options. These bands are a great value. They far excceded my expectations. Not only are the wonderful for me, but they have benefited my whole family. We are able to do things together. My youngest kids love these bands because they are able to participate in exercises with us.I am glad that I have purchased these bands. Can't wait to see where all the exercise we are going to be able to get in is going to take us.

This can give me additional resistance when I do barbell exercises, and it can be used for stretching and various muscle groups that are lacking in equipment or barbells. Also, if you want to do a pull-up but lack muscle strength, you can hang it on the pull-up bar and start it more easily. At first, it smells like rubber, but it disappears as you use it. I've used a brand product, but this item has a reasonable price and quality.

My husband has old shoulder and back injuries. The chiropractor told him to do banded exercises to get the strength back and allow the muscles to fire in the order they are supposed to. We ordered these bands and they are great. Just what we needed. They are the perfect length for him and I to both use. He’s 6’1” and I’m 5’4”. They are durable and the colors are different for each weight. Easy to grab the right one you need

I’m very happy with these bands. I previously had the shorter ribbon style bands and they weren’t that useful and eventually deteriorated. These are long and thick and I can wrap them around the post of my secured-to-the-wall bookshelf to do the exercises for my rotator cuff. The quality seems great so far and I am looking forward to working my way up to the higher tension bands.

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now, and so far so good. The little sac they come in makes it easy to carry them around in my backpack. So anytime I have downtime at work, I can get a quick stretch in or bicep workout. I’ll post an update further down the line, but for now this is a solid purchase.

I have been in PT for over a year now trying to get my body healthy again. I have really struggled in doing my homework because I couldn’t make time at the gym so I finally broke down and bought these bad boys. They’re incredible quality, fun colors, and provide the perfect range of resistance for light work and heavy building.

I love these resistance bands and I incorporate them to most of my workouts! They are durable and elastic so I can use them to assist me with pulls-ups and other exercises. They are also great for stretching which and targeting certain muscles group. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to enhance their exercise and progress!
