Work well. Good quality.
Good quality. Need 10 mm hole in the wall and hammer it in home. The cable hole is about 7 mm.Picture attached show in the top cable. You can see the bottom cable without it as it was done by a lazy trader for me using sealant. I think the purpose of these is to protect the cable from rubbing against the wall as well as seal the hole.I have used the black ones outside and the white one inside as my inside walls are painted white.

Better than a bare hole
Works ok, but is a bit problematic ensuring it fits flush to the wall. Likely due to my cable rather than the item. I might try heating it to soften it and mould it to the wall.
