Q: Can this paper be used for evo solvent ink?

Not really it's purpose is for dtf ink the solvent ink won't stick to it

Q: What temperature do you cure the dtf powder at? I am using Welacer film and powder, but I can't get to the powder to melt without the film curling up.

I cure mine 380 for 3-4 minutes and the powder melt good. I use this DTF film and Welacer powder with no problem at all

Q: I have tried several different settings and can not get any prints using this transfer film as it gets jammed everytime i try, why is this?

So I have to put them in 1 at a time I can Put a Couple of sheets in at all Only 1 sheet at a time And that is with any brand of Dtf Sheets :) I hope this helps :)

We have sizes A3 and A4. A4: 8.4x11.7 Inch ; A3: 11.7x16.5 Inch The size you mentioned should refer to A3.
