I do leafleting, so do a lot of hard walking every week. I had a pair of walking shoes, the soles of which came off and flapped around, but the shoe-menders refused to fix them because they said they were supposed to be single-units. Initially, I managed to get the store to offer me another pair, but after a few months of hard-walking, they too separated sole from shoe. I didn't want to get new ones and they were past the guarantee/swap time, so I went looking for good glue and found this one. It has worked brilliantly. The first fix (on both pairs) worked a dream. They stuck together for absolutely ages, but eventually the toes of the soles came away again. Unfortunately, because of the actual shoe itself, that it wasn't a separately stuck on sole originally, the base of the main shoe was not designed for re-soleing. However, I just use this glue whenever they come apart, and I get to keep my really super-comfortable shoes, with just a minor inconvenience of glueing them whenever they separate. Now, just to be clear, the glue itself works really well. It's flexible and strong and tough. I am buying it again, because it works so well (about to buy for the third time). I mistreat my walking shoes a lot, so the fact they hold together, when the shoes themselves are so badly designed, and only need re-doing every couple of months is a very good sign the glue is doing its job.

Don’t skip the hair drying step. Very good but still not sure my sons shoes will last till end of year.

The instructions are easy to follow and the nozzle is very good so that you do one waste any glue. The bond was very good on a pair of football boots where the sole had come away.

Very easy to use. Perfect if you want to save money and fix your shoes yourself. It dries quickly, and the thin tip makes the glue come out easily. Used to fix my gym shoes and now it’s as good as new.

Always read the instructions. I like the metal pin for spreading the glue and the way the lid fits into the pin to stop the glue from drying up inside the tube. Prepare the surfaces to be glued together by cleaning and thoroughly drying first, then roughen up the surfaces a little with the file provided to promote good adhesion. Apply a thin layer of glue to both surfaces, covering them, and pay attention to the edges. Wait about 5 minutes and then press together and hold briefly. Use the strong elastic bands (provided) to hold in place. These bands stretched from the foot to the heel of size 5 (adult) trainers with no problem. I left like this for 48 hours and I'm very pleased with the excellent result. Have yet to wear them to test for endurance but so far, this product is definitely doing what it claims and there's still plenty of glue left in the tube.

I was initially really pleased with the repair on some boots that the sole had come away from. I followed all instructions and left them over night to set. It appeared to fix the boots but a day or so later, the soles had come away again. It might of been me, but I did follow all the instructions so not sure.

Tried on three different shoes, so different materials etc. followed the instructions to the letter - which are easy to follow and contain steps I wouldn’t have considered had I not read them, but they simply did not stick the soles of the shoes to the shoe upper, and it didn’t seem to matter whether that was leather, pleather or plastic. On that note, it takes a really long time to cure, so expect to be holding stuff in place for a while, because the supplies bands on their own don’t cut it. It’s a long slow process! The glue smell isn’t overly potent, but equalled by its lack of stickiness.

Not enough explanation on how to use. It took more than 5 min to spread properly on both new soles and shoe soles and then hair-dry one, then the other, to join - by the time rubber bands (lots) were fixed and job completed a good 25 minutes had gone past so glue did not work - soles peeled off easily after 2 days of waiting. Lesson: either do one shoe at a time, or better, half a shoe, when finished, do the other shoe's half. In two days time do the other halves. Question is will this glue adhere to the old glue which is difficult to scrape off now?

Utilizzata su uno scarpone da montagna a cui era completamente venuta via la suola. L’ho testato un bel po’ e la colla regge perfettamente. A preoccuparmi era il fattore impermeabilità, invece sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta: acqua e neve non sono state un problema. La colla è trasparente, quindi fornisce un’ottima resa anche estetica, oltre che funzionale. Il tubetto presenta un dosatore estremamente sottile, che aiuta nella stesura e un tappo a spillo per evitare che il beccuccio si incrosti. Nella confezione sono presenti: 4 elastici robusti e una lima per preparare/rifinire la scarpa.

Colle parfaite pour les baskets et autres chaussures. incolore et très résistante. Tellement que je recommande avec plaisir ! Merci beaucoup au fabricant. J'ai acheté tellement de colles inutiles avant, que vraiment, si je pouvais je mettrais 10 étoiles avec joie !!

Avevo un paio di scarpe che uso per il giardinaggio scollate in più punti (in punta e in parte soletta staccata). Dopo l'incollaggio le sto usando per 4 ore circa al giorno da una settimana e non danno segni di cedimento. Per un risultato duraturo è importante seguire le istruzioni. Facile da applicare: spalmare anche con un dito, in modo da formare un leggero strato su entrambi i lati. Colla consigliata assolutamente, l'ho ripresa. A beneficio di tutti allego una sintesi delle istruzioni tradotta in italiano.

Arregle unos mocasines con la suela totalmente partida en los dos. Quedaron totalmente soldadas.
