Pro: The taste is pretty good.Con: There's a lot of water in the product, it takes 10-15 minutes to boil it off. Even after that the stuff doesn't brown very well. Seven+ dollars for a 12 ounce can is rather high. I bought Trader Joe's soy chorizo, 12 oz pack, for under $4.

I was pleasantly surprised to find plant-based chorizo that actually tastes like 'real' chorizo! This product is absolutely delicious. I love really spicy hot so I did have to add some Mexican hot sauce to it, but it wasn't a necessity for enjoyment.

Not really a stand alone product. Spice is good, not too much. This product is made to be used in filling tacos, or as the name says, in recipes for chorizo. Now knowing this, I can put it to better use.

I was a little skeptical of this product, as I've tried some other Meat-Free alternatives for the sake of my wife, who is Meat-averse. I used a can of this in my Mexican style chili in our Instant Pot, and I was concerned that the Chorizo would break down into paste or something when used in soup, but I was very pleased with the consistency of it, even when we had left-overs later.

This might be better than meat version. ( besides it only requiring death of plants as opposed to animals).

I really enjoy the Chorizo with scrambled eggs, also delicious in a bean burrito,I ordered three cans and had it shipped to my daughter and she also loves it.

I thought this cooked up and tasted just like the regular meat-based chorizo and great with eggs.

True vegan meat alternative. Using to make burritos for Christmas morning.
