Just enough heat!
Searching for Hatch chilis, not canned, that would be suitable for a chili-cheese hamburger, I found this and I’m so glad that I did! The glass jar clearly shows the chili goodness inside, and it was carefully packed to avoid any damage en route. We’re not big chili consumers in terms of quantity, but we do value quality and this checked off the box. Will definitely buy again, and recommend, too. Fairly priced for the quality product and packaging.

Delicious. Very mild, but tasty.
This is a very mild chile. It has a good flavor and it was well priced. It can be used in a variety of dishes; however, if you are looking for a spicy chile, this is NOT it.

Great Hatch Green Chile
We love Hatch green chilies and had recently tasted green chili choc chip cookies, which were outstanding. Did an online search for the recipe and discovered Zia brand Hatch chilies and a great link to their recipes. Ordered both the green and red chilies, and made the French bread pizza last night. Outstanding! We’re in chili heaven! Going for the choc chips cookies recipe this weekend. Do yourself a favor, and get Zia! You will NOT regret it!
