Disappointed
I was very disappointed, because I get a message telling me this is been delayed by Customs, then when it finally arrives, the Whistle is missing & the peak on the train conductor hat, smells like it's been near a Bonfire or a smoker, it's was awful, my son is completely disappointed too

Arrive missing a key part.
Arrived on time but without the whistle. Many many complained about this yet they still do it. Why would amazon sell this product with a known QA issue or worse continue to sell for a firm that has no control of its quality. It makes them both look bad. Thankfully we only really wanted the hat for a joke gift.
