It smells alot

as a migraine sufferer- i can't live without this!! my only critiques- i wish it was an ice pack all the way around-360- the back part is only a sleeve. i also wish the top wasn't open. so that was disappointing. it also doesn't stay cold very long. but when you have a migraine, your head is kind of on fire- so....

As u can see I use a neck pillow (yes it's a infant neck pillow) I've had neck problems since I was 10 yrs old, Now im 37. It wasn't til 5 yrs ago I started getting the migraines so bad it makes me sick. Because of my neck I have slept in a recliner for the past 5 yrs. I go to pain management for my neck and the migraines. Nothing is helping. Until someone told me about this product.. I've read all the comments, looked at different brands, but something kept pulling me back to this one. Well im so glad I got it. I left it in the bag it came in and put it in freezer.. yes it gets VERY COLD.. the weather change has me on a roller-coaster right now. And I work midnights so it's a win win all the way around. It blocks out the light but feels so good on my face. At first it feels really heavy, but when u put it on its perfect!! I will be buying another one this week the same brand , just for a back up. But I love this. Wish I had this 5 yrs ago...

I suffer from chronic & debilitating migraines. I have tried TOO many medicines to count and too many "home remedies." Ice is the one thing that always lessens the pain but using regular "gel" ice packs is hard... they slip off too easily. THIS THING - best idea ever. It stays on, it's cold (not too cold!) and so comfortable. I did think that the gel pack went around the entire head, it doesn't. But that's ok because you can always move the pack around. Any way - 10/10. I would buy this over and over again.

Only front side will freeze!

I don't know if it helps with migraines, but I just use it as a cooling sleep-mask. It keeps cool without even being in the fridge or freezer. Its comfortable to wear all night, keeps my dang hair out of my face, and blocks out light and helps with sound.
