Can the hammer be pulled back?

Yes sir. Hammer pulls back, cylinder turns.it’s a very nice cap pistol

The barrel length measured from the cylinder to the end of the red tip is five inches. The length from the red tip to the end of the hammer is a smidge over eight inches. From the red tip to the back of the handle is about ten inches.

What kind of release does this have? Is the release lever up next to the hammer, or is it a slide action on the side, or something else? Pics pref!!
