Hi David. You certainly can't eat too much, but little and often is the best with fermented foods to gain the benefits but allow them to go a bit further. So a (clean) forkful straight from the jar is absolutely fine, or around 50g in a salad or on the side with a meal. Hope this helps - Loving Foods.

what is shelf life once opened

Hi Pamela, thanks for the question. We put 15 days on the jar but if you use clean utensils and try and keep the veg down under the liquid, they will actually last for many weeks in the fridge, even after opening. Just check before you use it and obviously if there is anything growing on it or if it looks/smells bad, time to throw it out. You should hopefully have eaten it all before it has time to go off though. Hope this helps, Loving Foods.

it depends on whether the said product is in powder form or tablet form because powder and tablet form can start at 250mg all the way up to 2350mg give or take depending on manufacturer ps tablet form starts at 250mg all the way up to 1500mg per tablet dose
