Garofalo Gluten Free Lasagne Sheets

These pasta sheets are just like normal gluten lasagna sheets,I love this brand as it’s just like the real thing . The only thing I would say is it’s best to soak the sheets for a little while in boiling water as It takes a little longer to cook but very tasty! I use these all the time .

We love Lasagne but we adopted a low carb, low sugar lifestyle again this month, having all lost 1 1/2 stones each last time. It's the only way to lose weight sensibly and healthily. So to find this low carb lasagne pasta is a dream come true because on a low carb lifestyle (it is NOT a diet) you can have cheese, meat and eggs (I put an egg in my cheese sauce to make it firmer). This, along with the Zenb pasta has made our low-carb lives much easier. Fabulous stuff, you will not know it is low carb, it tastes and has the exact same texture as normal pasta.

Brilliant if not the best gluten free pasta / lasagne on the market

Really like this brand and these lasagne sheets didn’t disappoint. They cook well, hold their shape, and taste great for gluten free pasta. Texture is pretty much the same as normal pasta too. Definitely one I’ll keep buying.

I did not expect this lasagne to be so good. I have coeliac friends and like to cook food that everyone can eat so when my cousins coeliac wife came to dinner we all had this lasagne. No one could believe it was gluten free and it was probably one of the best lasagnes i have ever made. I did not precook the sheets but i did assemble the lasagne the day before. I dipped the sheets in cold water as i assembled the dish. I made the white sauce with cornflour and a lot of mozzarella and cheddar to ensure it was thick enough. A standard bolognese sauce with ground beef, onion garlic tomato puree and red wine. Left in the fridge overnight then baked in a medium oven for an hour. The pasta was perfectly cooked through

I am disappointed that its a 250 g pack & not 400g as in the product photo. My bad I didn't scroll down but nevertheless the item photo is misleading. Very expensive

Non sono celiaca, ogni tanto capita di avere ospiti celiaci a cena e l'ho usata per preparare le lasagne. Non è solo un'ottima pasta senza glutine, è proprio molto più buona di qualsiasi sfoglia abbia provato. Tempi/temperatura di cottura indicati nella scatola assolutamente precisi, e non va sbollentata prima dell'utilizzo (come di solito si fa per le lasagne senza glutine). Perfetta!

Molto più buona di altre tipologie di pasta senza glutine, l ha mangiata anche la mia compagna e non ha notato la differenza. Super approvate
