Delicious
I love these bars. They taste good and don’t have a weird aftertaste. No added ingredients. I like the texture and the size of the bar is perfect for me. They are filling but are more snack size. They give me a lil dose of energy in the afternoon. I will be buying more for me and my family.

Sooooo Good! Not your average protein bar!
I typically do not purchase or like proteins bars. I tried this bar at my doctors office by recommendation of office staff and LOVED it. They are soft and taste home made. Truly the best. I’m on my 3rd box!!!

Quick, easy and tasty breakfast.
I like to grab something to eat on my way to work and these are a great fit. They taste great, for the grab and go category I like and are affordable. A plus is also that they don’t have a bunch of garbage ingredients. Thumbs up for sure.

Protein and no after-energy-slump
Kize has a great message and a great product. I find any time I need something fast and filling that won’t ruin my appetite or make me feel tired that these bars are the trick. Also you know that tummy-gurgling you can get sometimes after peanuts? None of that. It’s high quality so really tastes and feels good. Thanks to the Kize team!

Finally a tasty protein bar!!!
I like to eat natural. My husband is a diabetic who likes junk but needs protein. These bars are natural, full of protein, and taste so good! My husband is finally happy after trying every bar out there. Other bars either taste bad, are tough to chew, or the ingredients upset my stomach. Not Kize bars! They satisfy both of us. So grateful!!!
