It came faster than usual. The box says Max power and I believe it. A bit large. It loads easy and I like the way the quick pierce system looks and works. First time shooting I punched holes in and out of a large rubbermaid trash can. It is very accurate. You will get about 21 full power shots before the co2 drops off. SO three full capacity cycles. I have the HDR50 in the 11 joule model. I was impressed with it. I am amazed with this new launcher that hits even harder. Now to find a holster for it.

Contacted the seller because I could not figure out how to load the “bullets”. Was told that there were several videos online. So, I’ve never used it. A terrible waste of money. I wanted it so I could feel safe and not have to kill someone if confronted, but now I will have to rely on my actual weapon instead. So, I would not say it was easy to use. I would not say it performed well, because I was unable to use it and therefore, it is not a reliable option for safety. It’s a shame, because it’s a nice weight and looks like a real gun, but what good is that if you can’t use it? Too bad.

Good for target practice, or close range defense.

The gun has good velocity and range. I had an issue with it getting stuck however it was promptly resolved by customer service.

The opening to insert the gas was too difficult to open. I discovered the bottom part that screws in was stripped so it didn't close all the way and the gas just leaks out. If it wasn't for that I would love it, it shoots far and put a dent in the metal garage door from 20 feet away.

This gun is awesome. It’s very powerful accurate and on point customer service on point as well no complaints for me. this is definitely a value for your money. Had a small problem with the That holds the air contacted customer service they sent another one out ASAP.

The company is hard to contact and not very helpful. The gun is not as powerful as advertised. It can be modified very simply. Amazon however, has an amazing customer service and return policy. I became an Amazon Prime member and even got their credit card simply because of the customer service I received on this product. Amazon's customer service can't be beat.
