More then Expected
I am Rose's husband. I was a Navy Cook for 22 years. I've used many clevers. I received this clever today and used it today to seperate raw pork ribs. Did a great job. Has enough weight to do the job, but light enough to handle without your wrist giving out. (I weighted this clever on my wife's food scale, it's one pound)I intend to buy one for each of my children. My only concern is if too many reviews are like mine, the price may go up. IT'S A GOOD BUY !!!

The seller deceives!
On a photo - J.A. Henckels International Classic Stainless-Steel Meat Cleaver. Heavy cleaver for chopping through joints and bones. The seller has sent cheap Chinese Cleaver for cutting vegetables! To cut bones with it it is impossible!
