I have tried multiple types, grades, and strength of Melatonin before with no noticeable effect. These were recommended to me and now I am recommending them to you. I took the bottle in with me to my Dr. for my annual physical just to be sure they were ok for me to take with other medications that I use. I am a lover of sweet things and these taste dellicious to me. It really does help me get to sleep and stay (mostly) asleep. I am of the age where so many of us seem to wake up around 3:30 AM. That has been going on for years, so it just is what it is. Since taking these (for about 6 months now) I can usually get back to sleep. No upset stomach, easy to use and to travel with, taste great, no weird smell,…… I love them!

I have spent thousands of dollars on over-the-counter sleep aids. I have been taking prescription sleep aids for 30 years. I finally we weaned myself off of clonazepam and I feel so much better! Even if I don’t sleep all night, I wake up refreshed and not goofy like I do with prescriptions. I can’t believe I found something that actually helps me sleep. Consider looking into grounding mats for your bed and get your vitamin D checked. I hope all of you out there that suffer from HORRIBLE sleep deprivation will get the same results that I have. Great taste, easy to chew and seems to kick in pretty fast. I take them on my way to bed.

These gummies definitely helped improve the quality of my sleep and made me feel more rested the next morning. I liked that the formula includes melatonin, magnesium, L-theanine, chamomile, and lavender, so it feels more calming than harsh. The berry flavor is also really good and they’re easy to take before bed. That said, they didn’t make me feel instantly sleepy or knock me out quickly like some stronger sleep aids do. For me, they worked more as a gentle relaxation/sleep support gummy rather than something that makes you fall asleep fast. Overall still a good product if you want calmer, more natural-feeling sleep support without feeling groggy the next day.
