Nice tasting and works quickly for a good effect on training. Not great to mix in drinks but gives good energy results in workouts

Very good quality for the price
Very good quality product, especially for the price. Does exactly what it says on the tin. This is a very good supplement to use in your preworkout shakes. It’s a shame we’re back in lockdown and I can’t use this in the gym. However, it did leave my stomach feeling a bit weird after taking it one time (although I hadn’t had enough to drink that day so that may have caused it). Additionally it does not come with any sort of spoon/utensil to serve it with.

So long as you start on a low dosage you can figure out how much you might need. I have been using it with a combination of BCAA and creatine to get energy back after a workout. I have no idea if this is effective but I've been taking it and not noticed any side effects, just don't start on a high dosage, split it up throughout the day, it says clearly on the pack but I decided to ignore the warning and took 6mg in one go, which made me extremely itchy for 2 hours, so don't do that.

Good part of your preworkout stack
A key part of your preworkout stack. Mixes well but tastes vile, but is expected due to its chemical nature. So mix it with another flavoured drink.

Good product, dodgy packaging 👎
As said in title while the product seems nice, the packaging is not good. Unless they update their packaging I won't be ordering again. The bag it came in is massive and makes it difficult to transport or store in a tight space. For me this is a big put off and I will probably buy from a different company next time.
