I would not recommend using this on a regular basis. But for the Occasional Constipation, it works very very well. Easy to mix with water and I usually add some Mio Sugar Free Flavoring to it. The Orange Flavor as stated here, Honestly I don't know. I had ordered this and received it Three times before even realizing that I was ordering the "Orange" Flavored One. So the Orange Flavoring is Not very Strong (Actually not even very noticeable) at all. But, it works great. See how your body reacts to it and adjust the ammt of powder that you mix with water depending on how you react to it. Might need it a bit stronger or Not quite as strong. Just make sure that you mix it very good and get it to disolve as much as you can > Untill the water is Clear again and has no more cloudiness.

As effective as name brand, better tasting

It worked like a charm!!! Only used it twice!!!! I have a huge bottle and it is sealed tight! If I have a problem in the future….. I would buy it again!!! Recommend it to family & Friends!!!
