Works great
This wee pumpkin is amazing, does its job and great for the price. Kept seeing fruit flies in the kitchen even when the fruit bowl was empty, within an hour of having one of these beside the fruit bowl, there were a few flies stuck in it and some hovering near it. Been there a couple weeks now and barely seeing any flies. Definitely worth it. I just put a small amount of apple cider vinegar in it.

Will catch fruit flies
They catch a lot of fruit flies. (If you still have loads flying around, that's because they breed like tribbles.). Works best without the washing up liquid.

The colour attracts
These are for hanging but the little middle hanger pieces are not to good at staying in, so I put them in places I need them, but because they are round can topple over easy so make sure surface is quite flat, once you’ve got a migdy attractant in works well enough and washable,

It works.
We are mostly happy, one of the traps had a part broken, it’s a small part the helps hold the very top part on. So not the end of the world as your not likely to keep moving it.It took a bit of time, but we went from almost constantly swiping at fruit flies, to the odd one. We used red wine as we didn’t have Apple vinegar. At first we could not see any dead flies, due to red wine and shaded base. On emptying trap, we could see several dead flies in the sink. It works.

Maybe it was me
Concept is great but this particular trap didn’t work for me. I used malt vinegar so maybe I needed a better bait. Bought other traps though and one of the others, with a pre-made solution, worked great.

AVOID
Does not work. Infestation of nearly 100 fruit flies killed by hand this week. Traps of apple cider vinegar and soap in numerous kitchen locations did not attract a single fruit fly. All empty after 3 days.Waste of money! Avoid!
