This one works very well.I bought the 9 cm spiky massage ball a few days back. This is quite big, and feels hard (yes, xtra firm, as it states) and heavy compared to other balls. It seems to be of very good quality, i.e. something that will last, I did not spot any default in the manufacturing and material used, and has a very good design.It gives excellent self-massage on feet, arms, thighs and back; it might be a bit big and hard for hands, neck or shoulders, (question of perspective, I am a small woman) maybe a 7cm or softer is better there or maybe it takes a little practice to master the technique of self massage. It comes with an ebook that gives you some ideas on how to use it.Overall, I am very happy with the ball: it is a very good product, it is exactly as described on the website (so read carefully), and the services (sales and after-sales) are very good.

It's a massage ball the size of a lacrosse ball. Doesn't have a 'tacky' surface, it's smooth. Hard enough to cause eye watering pain - um I mean relief - when used correctly. Bit expensive really but it does the job and it'll last forever I think.

This is a good quality product. The rubber is firm but has a little bit of give in it. The ball was well packaged and arrived very quickly via Amazon prime.I was a bit worried that it was too shiny at first, when using it against the wall to release shoulder knots it was slipping around, but with a little use it has lost its shine and is a bit more grippy now. This makes it easier to use.All in all a good buy. Recommended.

I have been seeing a chiropractor who suggest the use of a ball (tennis). I thought perhaps a tennis ball would become too soft after a few usage and I did not have one anyway. I decided to search online, I found this. I am very happy with the produce. It is firm and I am fining it is working quite well on the affected areas.P.S I did only receive one ball and the outside packaging was not sealed properly. I expected two balls? I thought I might have been mistaken so did not take any action at the time.

These balls are great!! As an actor I have been using them to slowly release tension all through my body (all the way - back upper and lower, all through my legs, arms are a big tricky, but the tops of the shoulders feels wonderful when up against a wall with the ball in between!)This company have been so lovely in providing me with some guide's of best ways to use the balls. Would absolutely recommend - I got the lacross light blue ball, I think I'll try the spikey ball next just for a change!Thanks again Physix Gear Sport!!

Only one ball, no spikey ball as advertised

It serves its purpose and the quality feels pretty good. Although I kind of wish the size of the ball was in the title of the product, I kind of expected it to be smaller buy it did what I needed it to so overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. Thanks!

Very nice, hard ball and quick delivery! I was advised to use this on my foot and I couldn't believe the difference it made. Much less pain after a hard day or long walking especially in London. Fun to use and helps other areas of the body too! Love the blue colour and highly recommended!

I got this to use against a wall to fight flare ups of a compressed plexus nerve and its perfect. Just the right size and firmness. I can set it where I need it between my back and the wall and slide up, down and side to side and get great relief.

I love the foot relief I get from using the largest of the balls. The bumps are sharper than expected but work great. I need to learn more about using it from their website and start using it on my back. Thinking about getting some different sizes in the future.

Je viens d’acheter ma 2e balle... pour ma part c’est parfait ! La deuxième rejoint mon sac de voyage : je l’utilise Pour la nuque, les cervicales. Je trouve la densité parfaite pour l’auto massage. Il vous suffit d’avoir un mur plat et faire rouler le long du dos. Ca soulage!!Attention : Xtra Firm c’est très ferme. Cela peut paraître très dur à première vue.

This is a great product to use in conjunction with my physio therapy. If you have plaster walls use something to protect it or it will leave indentations from the spikes but it's perfect to loosen up your muscles through pressure points.
