Very deep and hits home
Like that this book asks very personal questions and not the same that Ive seen in other self help journals.

I love this journal!
There is a very nice intro message of encouragement, and the prompts are awesome! I love the art on the front, and I appreciate all of the space you get to write out your response! I am using this as a tool along side of therapy and I love being able to read it back to my therapist and dig even deeper into certain subjects, the prompts are awesome and it’s very well written!

Well done—recommend
Beautiful journal, excellent quality, and well worth the price. Two lined pages follow each question, which is plenty of space to reflect and journal. I really like the “check-in time” pages, because these questions allow me to see the progress I’ve made. My only suggestion would be to add page numbers. This way, if you work through this book in a group setting or with a friend, it would be easier to reference.
