Very disappointed. The model is obviously photoshopped. I ordered the pale blue hat, hoping it would fit as shown. I do have a larger head side- 22 1/2 and a lot of hair. BUT. The fluffy trim looks nothing like the photo. It is about half of that. The hat itself is better suited to children, as with about 99% of woven items out of China. I don't know why they can't use just the barest amount more of material and make a product that would actually FIT Americans. It would sure stop a load of returns. Anyway, I am passing the hat along to a kid, and hopefully she'll look as cute as the pic. 2 Stars for yes, being a warm hat, and the color. But that's it. Have a tiny noggin, if you order.

Bought because wanted a hat that would not smash hair so bad. Have only worn once but have two observations: It does not keep your ears that warm if any breeze. I had to lightly tie the pom pom string under my chin to bring closer to ears. Also, when tipped head back to hang up bird feeder hat wanted to fall off. Spring has come so won't know for sure whether will work out next winder or not. I sure hope so because I like the looks of the hat.

I purchased this hat for a Winterfest Event and wanted a hat that wouldn't slip off or blow off my head. I thought this one would do the trick because it had ties and really looked cute on the model in the pic. The hat is really cute but the model in the pic must be really petite (of course, made in China). The hat was much more snug than pictured and the pic doesn't show it tied. Well, I tried it on thinking nothing of it, but when I wore out in the cold, the ties are not placed correctly to keep the hat on and from slipping backward. I would return it if I hadn't already worn it. I think I can alter the ties so hat doesn't fall off so it won't be a total waste. I at least gave it 3 stars because it is cute except for the way it is made. I also think it was overpriced for the quality of that defect.

It’s soft and comfortable on my 23” head even when I wear add a wig. I didn’t get a headache from wearing it! I didn’t want to take it off to sleep. My ears stayed warm without feeling claustrophobic or my having to struggle to keep ends off the ground when picking up dog waste.I bought it in multiple colors for myself and also bought one for my sister, sister-in-law and my niece!Update: the different colors have a different fit. M1311 is so comfy and has a folded back border around the face. M8842 looks sophisticated, but lacks the comfy factor. (:

I needed a hat that covered my ears and didn't fall into my eyes. This does it. It's toasty, although it's toastier with my hood up. Just what I was looking for.
