That appears to be men's sizes. The boys size chart is much different. Mine was a Large (14-16). Try a different search until you see boy sizes.

Legendary Whitetails Boys’ Lumberjack Flannel does show size chart for boys: Small being toddler boy size 6-8: Medium being toddler boy size 10-12; an so forth. Size chart is beneath size options on page. Hope this helps.
