This is a tried and true product. I used it while hiking the West Highland Way. No blisters and smooth feet. I you may or may not like the fragrance, but it doesn’t linger.

Worked well for my 27 mile hike
All I can say is that it works well and I have no complaints. Recently did a 27 mile hike over 2 days (I’m active but not a daily hiker) and it helped prevent blisters. I’d buy it again.

Best anti blister cream for feet
Probably the best out there for this sort of thing. Never had any blisters even in extreme conditions (thick mud, wet stream crossings, ultra endurance distances) Kind of a pungent botanical/medicine cabinet smell.

Recommend for long runs
